   No, it’s more cost effective to build the court at the White House.

   If Obama were to use a local part it would require dozens of minders and police to prevent terrorists and/or domestic assassins from trying to kill him, and it would require an entire park to be closed off to the tax payers. This is more expensive than just providing him with a court of his own.
