Parent_K asked:
My kid’s school let them play basketball, jumping ropes and running around in the playground right after their lunch time? Is it healthy? What should I say to the school politely to change this if it is not a good routine? Your advice will be greatly appreciated!

It is perfectly fine. Many people like to exercise after eating. Also, schools have been doing it that way for years and years. No reason to change.
Well if it is a lunch break then definitely so much exercise right after food will not be good for health. You can just meet the concerned teacher and say that your child does not feel very well running about just after a very heavy lunch and you would like them to rethink the routine of the class.
No
After a heavy meal, there must be a gap of at least 1 hour before kids can feel fine to play.
