I want to try out for my basketball team next month, and I wanted to know what are the best exercises to get into shape for basketball. Also I’m looking for good weight training routines to help with vertical leap.

    I am a player myself and I would say keep fit and try running a little bit each day to keep up stamina and running backwards helps your jump.
