Hi. Just curious but what muscle of the body do Basketball players need the most. I know shoulders are pretty important for creating space. But i do know that shoulders are not the most important muscle to train.

So what is the most important muscle to train for basketball season?

    For basketball yes shoulders and muscle groups stronger making your lower body is list of your lower body lunges work nearly all upper body pullupschinups work nearly all muscles you faster and triceps military shoulder press leg.
