lol. ummm…one is trying to make the shots, the other is trying to stop the other team from making shots. pretty simple. lol. its like the main laws of sports in general.
ON DEFENCE you are trying to guard your man and dont let him score, on offence you are trying to make a basket. GL. PEACE. BRO
WTF! Defense you are trying to defend the ball from getting shot in the offenders goal. And offense you are trying to shot the ball and score points in your own goal.
well it pretty simple and nothing to be really worried about. like the others said defense would be when your team doesn’t have possession of the ball. and your job as a defender would be to not allow the opponent from scoring without fouling but still adding as much pressure as possible. now offense is when you do have control of the ball. your goal as a player is to get as many points as possible doing whatever it takes no matter what.
so good luck and have fun out there!!
Offense means your team has the ball and you are trying to score
Defense means the opposing team has the ball and you are preventing them from scoring
Offense is when you have the ball in your hands and your trying to make a basket while defense is when your opponent have the ball and you’re preventing him on making any basket.
